JP Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and people-focused Installation Manager to join a leading fencing company in Malaga. Known for quality fence design, manufacturing, and installation, this company values staff who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and keep operations running smoothly. About the Role Reporting to the CEO, you will be the central point of contact for the installation team and the customer, ensuring a seamless installation process for customers, managing and organising every aspect of the company’s installation operations. This includes scheduling jobs, coordinating teams, navigating relationships between contractors and customers, and ensuring every project is delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. Training is provided to help you succeed in the role. The hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm. On offer is a $100K super package. You will be required to attend site occasionally, and a km reimbursement/car allowance will be provided. Key Responsibilities • Schedule and coordinate all installation jobs, managing the installation team and workflows • Manage contractors, resolving conflicts and maintaining strong customer relationships • Conduct site visits to ensure jobs meet company quality standards • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping calm under pressure • Maintain accurate records of jobs, schedules, and contractor performance Requirements • Exceptional people skills and customer-focused mindset • Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Reliable with a current driver’s licence and vehicle • Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing • Trade background desirable but not essential; ideal for those from trades backgrounds seeking to move off the tools • Full-time working rights What’s On Offer • $100K package super • Casual with KM allowance; permanent with $15K car allowance • Training provided and support from a reputable, quality-driven company • Opportunity to work with a team who value your skills and expertise Apply now, by sending an up to date resume to jobs@jprecruitment.com.au
